Dodson Middle School: Pro-life victory
In yet another rare case, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has protected religious free speech.
Just last week the court reversed a previous trial judge’s decision. The court said the Center for Bio-Ethical Reform free speech rights were violated when the Dodson Middle School in Rancho Palos Verdes forced them to move a mobile billboard display.
The billboard had enlarged photos of early-term aborted fetuses to show the kids the reality of abortion.
This is a big win for Christians wanting to voice opposition to the “politically correct” dogma taught in the schools.
