Here are 4 very important court victories you probably haven’t heard but should know about.

1.) Court Victory: Radical Gender Identity Discrimination

A West Virginia judge overturned the suspension of female athletes who refused to participate in a shot-put contest against a boy pretending to be a girl.

2.) Judge Upholds Religious Freedom Against Radical LGBTQ Agenda

The U.S. Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals gained an important victory for Christian education as they dismissed a lawsuit raised against a Catholic school over the allegation of LGBTQ sex discrimination.

Charlotte Catholic High School in Charlotte, North Carolina, was sued by a former teacher, whom the school refused to hire as a substitute after he announced his plan to enter into a same-sex “marriage.”

The school said the teacher violated the school’s rules against “engaging in or advocating for conduct contrary to the moral tenets of the Catholic faith, including the Catholic Church’s rejection of same-sex marriage.”

The Fund for Religious Liberty, representing Catholic schools, said, “The Supreme Court has been crystal clear on this issue: Catholic schools have the freedom to choose teachers who fully support Catholic teaching.” He added, “This is a victory for people of all faiths who cherish the freedom to pass on their faith to the next generation.”

3.) Super Supreme Court Victory: Stopping Government Overreach by Ideological Bureaucrats

Again, the Supreme Court struck a blow to the Deep State and Democrat socialists who wanted to use the government to bypass Congress with executive orders. Executive orders can act as legislation and are unconstitutional.

The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) lost a case in a lawsuit with Starbucks when it tried to regulate labor disputes without legislation. The Supreme Court sided with freedom and against statism.

The Supreme Court has consistently held that the ideological bureaucracy must stop doing this.

But they have tried to get around it in almost every regulatory agency.

This is why this election is so important: to elect more strict constructionists and prevent the appointments of judicial activists.

4.) Court Victory: Justice for Wrongful Covid Vaccination Mandates

Blue Cross BlueShield of Tennessee Ordered to Pay Almost $700,000 to Employee Fired for Refusing COVID Vaccine [based on her religious beliefs]
