- Kamala Harris to the Supreme Court?
Here is why it may happen.
I think there is a 50% chance that Biden will drop out of the presidential race.
The problem is Kamala Harris would be Biden’s logical replacement.
But the Democrats recognize she would not be their most winnable candidate.
However, a group of Democratic strategists want her to become a justice on the US Supreme Court.
That would eliminate her as a problem, and the fight for the black vote would not become necessary.
This “Kamala problem” is seen in the polls.
Voters believe VP Kamala Harris doesn’t have what it takes to be VP, let alone president.
A recent USA TODAY/Suffolk University Poll shows:
- 36% of registered voters had a favorable opinion of Harris.
- 58% have an unfavorable opinion of the VP.
A further breakdown of the research shows that 92% of Republicans, 56% of independents, 37% of African Americans, and 48% of Hispanics don’t believe Harris can run the country.
Looking at the poll numbers from just Democrat voters, 76% approve of Harris’ job performance as vice president – 8 points behind Biden’s approval rating.
“Democrats cannot afford to drop Harris because that would be bad. And Democrats cannot replace Biden with Harris because that would be even worse,” said J.T. Young, political opinion writer for The Hill.
So, their only alternative is to shift her to the Supreme Court.
What kind of Supreme Court Judge would Harris be?
Given her radical socialist ideology, it’s a sure bet that Harris will be a radical judicial. She would legislate her radical beliefs from the bench, not objectively interpreting the Constitution and law.
Democrat insiders are worried that Harris will be a disaster for the ticket in November running with Biden, and they are terrified if Biden should drop out of the race…
And with an ailing Supreme Court Judge Sotomayor (she’s the only justice who travels with a medic nearby), it’s not hard to see why Democratic strategists eying Harris to step in and take over Sotomayor’s gavel—especially if they get Michelle Obama or Gavin Newsom to run as President and vice president (in that respective order) in 2024.
- Media Shocker: RFK Says Biden, Not Trump, is “A Threat to Democracy”… 3 knockout Punches
The CNN talking heads were left speechless…
RFK didn’t say what she wanted him to say…
He said what she didn’t want to hear.
“Donald Trump is a threat to Democracy” … The radical pro-socialist and biased media repeat it ad nauseam.
Biden says it…
Harris says it…
Social media and media talking heads are saying it…
However, one of Trump’s political opponents sent shockwaves to Biden’s presidential campaign staff when he said that Biden was a bigger threat to “democracy” than Donald Trump.
It was during an interview with Erin Burnett on CNN this week. Needless to say, Burnett was left speechless.
Here are 3 knockout punches Kennedy said:
- “Biden is the first candidate in history, the first president in history, that has used the federal agencies to censor political speech or censor his opponent. I know; he did it to me.”
- “Biden is the first president to openly and secretly pressure major communication companies to take direction and work in conjunction with state agencies to censor debate.”
- “When Biden deputizes massive communication companies to act as censors, he’s merely taking a shortcut in the suppression of speech that undercuts, at the very minimum, the spirit and purpose of the First Amendment. One might call this brand of state-corporate relationship “semi-fascist.”
I disagree with Kennedy on many issues, but he is spot on with his criticism of Biden’s government weaponization against his opponents.

- 56% Believe Joe Biden is Looking to Win The 2024 Election by Jailing His Opponent, Donald Trump
President Trump has been indicted on a total of 91 counts by supporters of Joe Biden and his Justice Department.
Here was the question:
If convicted of these charges, do you think that Joe Biden wants to stop President Trump from winning the election by putting him in jail?
56% said “yes,” while only 30% said “no.”
- My Favorite Comment on Biden VS. Trump Rewatch
Here is a WSJ Reader Comment on Trump vs. Biden.
“The choice looks like it’s gonna be Trump vs. Biden again. Having seen the outcomes in one term of each of the two, I’ll vote for Trump even if he has to run the country from a jail cell or has to wear an ankle monitor and get work release each morning to go to the White House.”
