There have been some great court victories you should know about.

Why?

The judicial activists are in retreat because of the appointment or election of good, strict constructionist, or originalist judges. These judges are ideologically driven and separate from the bench.

Strick constructionists follow the law and uphold the constitution… even if they have personal opinions or are in disagreement with the outcome.

Look at these 8 new victories.

  1. Court Victory for Children

The Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals upheld Indiana’s law protecting children from sterilizing drugs and mutilating surgeries.

  1. Court Victory for Parents

A California judge has upheld a policy requiring teachers to inform parents if their child changes gender at school.

  1. Court Victory for Election Integrity

A Delaware judge struck down the state’s early voting law as it directly contradicts the language of the Delaware constitution.

  1. Court Victory For January 6th Defendant

A three-judge panel of the D.C. Circuit Court (a surprise since it’s dominated by Judicial activists) of appeals ruled unanimously that on January 6th, defendants were improperly sentenced for a charge that did not apply. Their sentences will now be recalculated and reduced.

  1. Court Victory: Christian School Killer manifesto ordered to be Released.

The FBI and Political establishment just lost. Transparency and truth just won. A court just issued a defeat for those covering up the Covenant Christian school killer manifesto.

  1. Court Victory: Christian Teacher Rights

A Florida judge ruled that a Christian teacher should not be punished for refusing to lie about a student’s gender by using “preferred pronouns.”

The judge declared that transgenderism has become “a new secular faith.”

  1. Court Victory: For Oklahoma Kids

A federal judge in Oklahoma upheld the state’s law protecting children from mutilating and sterilizing transgender procedures.

Judge John Heil declared, “The Oklahoma Legislature can rationally take the side of caution before permitting irreversible medical treatments of its children.”

  1. Court Victory: Florida Pro-Life Bill, Gavin Newsom Attacks DeSantis and Offers Free Abortions For Floridians

A court has upheld Florida’s new pro-life legislation… and Newsom went ballistic.

Governor Gavin Newsom responded to a court victory upholding Florida’s 15-week abortion ban and said:

“Today, yet another right was stripped away from Floridians through Gov. DeSantis’s anti-rights agenda – millions of Floridians and women in neighboring states with total bans will now no longer be able to access essential reproductive health care on their own terms.”

In a 6-1 ruling, the court upheld Florida’s 2022 15-week abortion ban, which includes exceptions to save the pregnant woman’s life, prevent physical harm, or in cases where the fetus had a fatal abnormality.

In contrast to Florida, California allows abortion up to the point of viability, when the fetus can survive outside the uterus without requiring extreme medical interventions; in other words, the barbaric killing of a baby with a partial birth is legal.

Under California state law, individuals traveling to California for abortions are protected, and the travel and abortions are paid for by the taxpayers…

“If you are no longer able to get abortion care in your home state, California has the resources and support available to help you exercise your reproductive freedom,” Newsom said.
